Slightly small to be a first edition, but there is no indication that it is not. , front board has partial discoloration and soiling, spine should also have discolored but red carnation decoration is confusing, rear board is very lightly affected, board corners and spine ends have minor bumps, foxing to endpapers, first and last pages, signature to endpapers, browning to half title page, personal stamp overleaf and to folllowing page, frontispiece and title page also have some soiling and foxing, sporadic and very light foxing continues as expected. good, no marks, |

Le Flaneur prefers and strives to remain as a physical establishment rather than an online seller, and its loyalty lies with frequenters and chance visitors. Thus, in principle, books are cheaper in the shop, and a select and increasing part of the collection is not available for distance selling. Le Flaneur also recommends buying local, physical, and loyal, since he believes every act including the act of buying (or not buying for that matter) is political which deserves utmost consideration and reflection.
