Ik tracht zoveel mogelijk gebruik te maken van mail-lite enveloppen (dopjesplastic). In enkele gevallen bied ik de klant keuze voor een gewone envelop, bijv. bij gewichts- of diktegrenzen. Klanten die uit milieuoverwegingen de voorkeur geven aan een gewone envelop worden verzocht dat duidelijk aan te geven bij 'Opmerking'.
