Harry Elliott (= Charles Edmond Hermet, 1882-1959), 'le gentleman illustrateur', the most British of French artists, provided this calendar with four large, colorful winter scenes featuring a 19th-century stagecoach traveling through wintry lanes. Lively, atmospheric, and heartwarming images.
