| Meer info | Dit exemplaar is opnieuw gebonden in donkerblauw linnen (vanwege het breken van de rug), waarbij het originele voorplat en de rug op de nieuwe band zijn gelijmd. Het originele stofomslag is enigszins verkleurd (zie foto). Alle delen van de Tschaturanga reeks zijn al vele jaren uitverkocht. Fotomechanische herdruk van L/N 5232. De eerste prijs werd gedeeld door Mikhail Tschigorin and Max Weiss na een beslissingstweekamp van 4 partijen die eindigde in 2 : 2 (+0 -0 =4). Het dubbelrondige toernooi telde 20 deelnemers (die elk 38 partijen speelden; de toernooiwinnaars speelden 42 partijen) en duurde van 25 maart tot en met 27 mei 1889. |
