It replaces the anti-metaphysical tendencies of modern and postmodern Philosophy by an unrestricted horizon of epistemic perspectives. Dr. Louk E. Fleischhacker was born in Amsterdam in 1936. He now works as a lecturere of Logic and Philosophy at Twente Technical University. He studied Mathematics an Mathematical Logic at Amsterdam University. He did research in Model Theory and Combinatory Logic at the Mathemetical Centre in Amsterdam. After that his interest shifted from formal Mathematics to Philosophy of Mathemetical Thought, especially with respect to its role in Technology on the one hand and Philosophy on the other. |
