Edition of 210 copies. *The oeuvre of artist and photographer Wally Elenbaas covers the period 1930 to 2004. Particularly at the start of his artistic career, he contributed to innovations in photography through his modern visual idiom and his surrealistic experiments. Elenbaas was an active member of avant-garde associations such as Links Richten, De 8 en Opbouw, and the Vereeniging van Arbeidersfotografen . Starting in the 1940s, he followed his own path and achieved results that were both audacious and distinctive. |
