| Meer info | Only edition of this scarce emblem book. The engravings are probably from the workshop of Chr. de Passe. Nineteen of them were also used in M.Z. Boxhorn, Emblemata Politica, Amsterdam 1635 and 1651. Justus Reifenberg ( ?-1631) was a German jurist, born in Nassau, who was, among other things, a law professor at Franeker University. He died in Franeker in 1631.
