| Meer info | Set of 2 original b/w large sized stills from the German film Die Sünderin/The Sinner (1951), a drama with exploitation undertones. This was the 'succès de scandale' that launched star Hildegard Knef's career. Knef (then 26 years old) is pictured as a prostitute in a bar and as a nude (but decently photographed) painter’s model. The stills have many pinholes in the corners (sometimes leading to light damage, but hardly affecting the image), as well as the blind stamp of the Dutch film censors. Actual photographic prints on bromide paper.. |
