Een van de conclusies is dat genetische informatie over een effectieve immuunrespons tegen pathogenen in het vrouwelijk voortplantingsorgaan het mogelijk maakt om de diagnose onvruchtbaarheid nauwkeuriger te stellen. Uit onderzoek naar de hielprikscreening blijkt dat er vooruitgang kan worden geboekt door internationale informatie-uitwisseling en harmonisatie van beleidsrelevante informatie. Het betrekken van belangengroepen bij zowel onderzoeks- als beleidsontwikkelingen is noodzakelijk, want alleen op die manier komen succesvolle en gewenste ontwikkelingen tot stand. |
