Hanneke Beaumont says she imagines 'the homo universalis', who she aims to portray in all its vulnerability. For 35 years, she has been a key part of the international art scene with works in the collections of, among others, the Copelouzos Family Art Museum in Athens, the Baker Museum in Florida and the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park in Michigan. The latter two also organised a highly-successful solo exposition of her work. FR - Hanneke Beaumont est connue pour ses sculptures figuratives à taille réelle exposées en Europe et aux États-Unis. Elle sculpte l'' Homme universel ' dans toute sa sensibilité. Depuis 35 ans déjà, cette artiste est une figure majeure du monde de l'art international. Ses oeuvres ont notamment été exposées parmi les collections du Vero Beach Museum, de la Seven Bridges Foundation dans le Connecticut, du Baker Museum en Floride et du Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park dans le Michigan. Ces deux derniers ont également consacré une rétrospective de son oeuvre, qui a connu un grand succès. |
