Against the ensign bearer Gerrit de With, who is banished from Holland and Zeeland and forfeited all his possessions; Cornelis Simonis, Petrus de Vos, Abraham la Peer, Gerrit Stronk, Mathys Vermeulen, Huibert Hengelaar, Samuel Cohen de Valenzo alias Belgrado (marked as a Portuguese Jew), N. la Grange, Wolbrand Maas, Hendrik de Cock, the lieutenant Gysbert Ballard, the former Procurator of the Court Daniel vander Burgh, Willem Schaars and several more gentleman's servants, the court lawyer Nicolaas van Loenen, the medical doctor Hendrik Westenhoven, and several others. All received the same sentence and on the same day, October 5, 1731. Another suspect, Johannes la Foreest (a wigmaker's servant who had hidden one of the defendants) was just sentenced to paying for his process. Some others were only mentioned by their first name. .
