London, 31 December 1864, one folded sheet with writing on both sides 32x20 cm. Official statement of stock exchange at the "Nederlandsche Handel-Maatschappij" concerning Lady Constance Louise Rigaud ("comparante", married to and assisted by William Marcet). The transaction took place in London and was witnessed by Augustus Prevost and Edward Young. The document was drawn up by David Burwash (public notary). Two more gentlemen are mentioned as being authorized: "Heeren Stadsnitski en Van Heukelom, te Amsterdam". Signed by A. Prevost, Edw. Young, W. Marcet and D.
