Jacbous Gerardus ('Jaap') Veldheer (Haarlem 1866 - 1954 Blaricum) was a Dutch painter, etcher, graphic artist and designer. In very good condition. Some discolouration (from previous matting) around the image area. A small, neatly restored, tear in the image area, with some minimal surface damage visible. |
