| Meer info | - Nice copy of this uncommon edition of the main work by Tobias Lohner, Jesuit and professor for philosophy and Theology in Dillingen (Germany), who published many works for pastoral practice. It is one of the richest sources of textual material for all forms of religious discourse; homiletical illustrations, preaching handbook, manual; catechizing, giving exhortations etc. The first edition was published in 1681 in Dillingen and it was many times reprinted upto the end of the 19th century. Old manuscript provenance on title-pages; Minor wear to edges and capitals, covers slightly shaved but overall nice and internally clean; 1 page loose in volume II. 2 copies of this edition in OCLC on-line only (Un. of St. Mary/ California State Univ., USA); This edition not in Dutch Central Catalog (NCC).
