| Meer info | This book is in good condition, has a solid binding, clean and fresh pages with no notes, highlights, underlining or anything else. It does have light signs of age and use. Light brown cloth bound book with a red title label with gold printing on the spine. Illustrated with photographs, tables, drawings, diagrams and fold-out maps in black and white and color. The full-page illustrations, genealogical tables and maps complement the text well.. All pages and fold-out maps are of very good quality, they are clean and free of notes, underlining, markings or anything similar. The dust jacket has some tears and a small piece has been cut out. The book has some wear at the edges (see photo 2). About this book: A Glimpse Into Badawin Life In Kuwait and Sau'di Arabia. This is an incredibly detailed, historical and social story, from an Englishman born in Syria, where his father was the British consul. He spoke Arabic, was close to influential tribesmen and gained insight into their daily lives.
