This was done in conjunction with the National Tramway Museum in Crich, Derbyshire where Henry Priestley's tramway legacy is being conserved.During the spring of 1995, when the final stages of this book were in production, Colin Garratt undertook a series of recorded interviews with Henry Priestley. These have proved a fascinating insight into the remarkable career of this little known photographer whose creative work has spanned a period of over 75 years.
