| Meer info | 3 Volume set of the classic survey of the animal kingdom at the end of the nineteenth century, with fine coloured chromolithograph frontispieces and plates (all original tissue guards present) and many superb monochrome wood engravings (some full page). The plates and illustrations are by Kuhnert, Specht, Smit, Muetzel, Elwes, Wolf, Gambier Bolton and many other leading wildlife artists of the period. Vol. I & II Mammals; Vol. III Mammals-Birds Condition: strong bindings, all text and plates unmarred, all tissue guards intact (first one of each book discoloured), some spotting on first few cover leaves, paper age coloured - strong marks of wear on outer spine & corners, and scuff marks on front & back Format: 27x19 cm. Voor al uw vragen en/of voor het vrijblijvend aanvragen van een volledige inventaris met alle vogel- en natuurboeken die nog te koop zijn (500+), kunt u contact opnemen met Erna Horn op ernahorn@hotmail.co.uk.
* Ewold signeerde zelf bijna al zijn boeken, en dit feit wordt als zodanig dan ook niet nog extra vermeld in de beschrijving.
**Verzendopties worden afgestemd aan de hand van actuele tarieven. Persoonlijke afhaling/bezorging kan besproken worden.
